We are looking for Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to join our successful team within a world leading meal kit company based out of Nuneaton (CV10):

Salary: up to £29,432
12 hours shifts – DAY OR NIGHTS available
Working hours - DAYS 06:00 – 18:00 OR NIGHTS 18:00 – 06:00
4 ON – 4 OFF
Contracted to 40 hours per week

As our Outbound Warehouse Supervisor, you will take leadership of a team to ensure production delivery is always achieved and that you use your strong leadership skills to inspire & develop your team.

Drawing on experience, you will strive to provide continuous improvement in every aspect of the operation. You will work collaboratively with all departments to provide a joined-up delivery of operational requirements , whilst liaising with external companies and agencies to coordinate flexing of site capacity to process order volumes.

This role is within a chilled warehouse environment to keep the food fresh so your work uniform will include a warm hat and some gloves .

What you will be doing:
Manage the outbound loading team (3-10 staff) working in shifts
Assure compliant loading of outbound trailers (correct pallet, correct bay allocation, correct loading prioritisation)
Assure correct production supply of outbound pallets
Contact point for yard supervisor and logistics operatives for deviation management
Contact point for production management (pallet inbound to bay area)
Operational Return management (sortation, rework organisation, re-dispatch) of carrier returns
