We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Andover, SP10 :

Salary: up to £22,000
Excellent Bonus structure
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00

As Recruitment Resourcer , you will supply best-in-class service and staffing solutions to your regional client base, to maximise branch potential and exceed expectations.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide highest standards of customer service to clients and candidates
Advertising vacancies, draft and place adverts in a wide range of media
Actively headhunting candidates to develop your talent pool
Maintaining compliance & driving daily management of a temp workforce
Brief candidates about responsibilities, salary, benefits; manage candidate expectations and buy in
Develop expert market understanding to match robust business solutions to client challenges with

Experience/Skills & Competencies :
Demonstrate the ability to deliver on challenging targets
Operating highly efficient and effective systems and processes.
Experience in supporting key account relationships
An interest in people, HR and recruiting is desirable
