The Company

Our client is a specialist Manufacturing company. Due to investment, they are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor this is still a hands-on role.

The Role
  • The focus of this role is to ensure that all aspects of inbound and outbound warehousing are managed effectively and efficiently to drive the supply chain in accordance with policies, procedures and strategy.
  • The post holder takes overall responsibility for ensuring agreed service levels, inventory and budget targets.
  • Running the day-to-day activities within inbound and outbound warehousing (hands on).
  • Carry out investigations regarding stock shortages, stock discrepancies, linked to all stock movements.
  • Manage stock locations and stock inaccuracies, via daily audits, investigating any issues and reporting finds to the Warehouse Management.
  • Management and carrying out of the pick and pack process.
The Person
  • Must have a proven track record in related field (such as warehousing, distribution, logistics).
  • Goods IT skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • High quality leadership skills.
  • IT literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office formulas / report writing.
