MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Sedgefield area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a full time position as a Counterbalance Fork Lift Driver.

The role would see you carrying out general duties; including basic Warehouse duties and Fork Lift Driving. (License is required)

The Role
  • Daily meetings with the production department
  • FLT driving to help with loading and unloading wagons if required
  • Use a Counterbalance FLT to transport materials
  • Completing safety checks on FLT prior to use
  • Stock rotation
  • To help prioritise workloads within the department and production
  • Following engineering drawing and diagrams when required
  • Should have working knowledge working in a production environment
  • Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times
  • General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required
The Person
  • Candidate with previous fork lift counterbalance experience
  • Flexible to work multiple shifts and work over time if required
  • Need to have an in date and valid Counterbalance fork lift truck license
  • Ideally have stock rotation experience
  • Experience in a warehouse environment

  • Day Shift Continental shift pattern, 4 on, 2 off (this could include weekend work)
  • 08:00 - 16:00 / 10:00 - 19:00
