Location: Skelmersdale
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: 0600hrs to 1400hrs Mon-Fri

What does this job involve?

• Support the team to follow Safety Standards and to help reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
• Track team and individual performance
• Report security risks
• Track KPI results as established on the respective KPI Tree and raise issues, challenges and opportunities to Second Line Leadership during the Critical Analysis Meeting, based on the Performance Scorecard results
• Prepare performance information (productivity, variance, dispersion, direct and indirect hours and resources needs) and participate on leadership performance meetings, discussing shift’s needs.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience of leading a team
• Good balance of Results and respect approach
• Coaching and active listening skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
