Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7. Rotational shifts - 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00
Contract Type: Permanent(Full-Time)

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Manage own teams of FLMs to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement and the highest standards of safety and productivity
• Ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of operational KPI’s
• Process paperwork and operate IT systems as required
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policy / processes
• Develop strong management capability through effective performance management, coaching, mentoring and development of teams and individuals

• Shift Manager experience is essential.
• Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable.
• Previous experience of managing and leading teams.
• Knowledge of JDA and OMS systems would be beneficial.
• Able to take full operational responsibility for the shift.
• Absence management.
