Plimbley travel has been providing luxury door to door coach holidays for over 20 years with offices in Bloxwich and Wolverhampton. Candidates should have relevant industry experience and can demonstrate strong leadership skills within a small but dedicated team; someone who shows a passion for attention to detail, excellent customer service and satisfaction skills. Candidates should have the ability to work unsupervised as well as team integration, follow up on sales leads, explore new avenues within the group travel sector. Get involved with tour development and exciting itineraries and oversee the reservation systems, website, and social media. Candidates may be required to meet departing coaches and passengers embarking on their holidays and to greet them on their return.

Experience

Must have current travel agency experience within the UK coach holiday sector utilising industry specific reservation software. A driving licence would also be beneficial, although not essential.

Daily Duties

Dealing with customer inquiries either face to face, telephone, or email. Taking bookings, liaising with hotels and suppliers.

Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and every other Saturday 10am to 2pm.
