Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance and ensure smooth operations within the office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Assist in organizing events and special projects
- Maintain office organization and filing systems
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents

Experience:

- Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: £24,422.14-£36,052.50 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
