Trainee Sales Negotiator
Full Time, Permanent
From £22 000 PA + commission

Pertemps Isle of Wight have an exciting opportunity for a trainee sales negotiator, to join our client, a prestigious Island property business.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to carve themselves a successful career. There will also be an opportunity for career progression, whilst working alongside and learning from an already established, successful sales team.

The position on offer would suit a professional individual, with previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience within an office environment would be advantageous. As the successful trainee sales negotiator, you will need to be prepared to work within a fast-paced environment.

This busy role will include but will not be limited to.
" Assisting buyers to find their ideal property
" Booking and conducting property viewings
" Negotiating offers
" Sales progression, from start to finish
" Providing vendor support throughout the entire selling process
" Property marketing.

The successful trainee sales negotiator will.
" Act as a brand ambassador at all times, demonstrating brand values
" A team player
" Have an eagerness to learn
" A basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, and computer literacy
" Full UK Driver’s Licence

This role is based on full time hours, between Monday and Friday, to include occasional Saturdays.
