The Role

• Salary: £9.50 per hour
• Location: Widnes
• Contract type: permanent
• Hours – 40hrs, Full Time 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required
• This requires you to have a valid UK driving license and held for more than 1 year due to the nature of the role

As a Trainee Sales Executive you will enjoy the benefits of Motorpoint’s industry leading vocational training. The Program

• The program will run for typically six to nine months
• You will get a dedicated Coach from the sales management team
• There will be ongoing peer to peer support
• A week-by-week comprehensive development programme
• The opportunity to regularly shadow experienced and established Sales Executives
• Weekly meetings with your Coach
• The opportunity to experience each department onsite, share your ideas and apply your training
• Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will move to a Sales Executive position
• Above everything else, you’ll live the Motorpoint values of Proud, Honest, Supportive and Happy, You’ll also be ready for some serious fun!

We want people who are passionate about what they do, have a real sense of self drive and determination, share our values and put the customer at the centre of what you do then we should talk! . Due to the nature of the role we will require you to have held a driving licence for more than a year.
