The Role

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car

Location: Derby with flexibility to work from home

  • Responsible for delivery of the Motorpoint’s Safety vision and leading from the front with both behaviours and focus · Ensure all KPI’s, such as operational and financial targets are met as required · Champion legal compliance against operator licence criteria · Have good knowledge of industry systems and applications · Engage, develop and motivate your team to ensure a positive and constructive workplace and drive colleague engagement · Be an advocate for excellent customer experience · Work efficiently to tight deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction targets and service targets are in line with our values and behaviours · Effective communication throughout the operation, communicating planned requirements, information on performance, company news and procedures · Ensuring an effective people resourcing plan to meet the needs of the business · You will be responsible for building relationships with business partners to ensure that they meet the service level agreements · Be actively involved with budget reviews with added value thinking for the customer. · Ensure the operation operates to the mutual benefit of the customer and the company.
