Temporary Packing Operative

We have an exciting opportunity for a TEMPORARY PACKING OPERATIVE to join our existing team due to the growth of the company. The role will be to assist our warehouse and production teams in packaging medical facemasks to distribute to the NHS to support in the Coronavirus pandemic.

Although the role is initially on a temporary contract until the end of March, There is potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidates as we are growing in all areas of the business including Warehouse, Production and Dispatch.

For this role it’s a necessity that you have your own safety boots.

Skills Required:

• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own
• Able to work in full PPE
• To be able to stand for long periods of time
• To be proactive
• Resilience
• Good attention to detail
• Good timekeeping
• To be able to work 12 hour shifts over days, nights and some weekends

The Package

• Starting salary of 9.50 per hour
• Working 12 Hour Shifts 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am on a 4 on 4 off rotation

The Company

Our combined office, production and training facilities are located in Wath Upon Deane which is located close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking. We’re also located on a major bus route which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton and Wombwell.
