We are looking for a talented IT Project Manager to be the link between our web technology team and our business by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. You will work closely with our web team and report directly to our Head of Technology.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Maintain a professional level of contact with internal colleagues and external customers
  • Maintain up to date technical and usability knowledge on all aspects of development
  • Ensures that projects are fully scoped before commencement
  • A thorough knowledge and overview of the group’s websites and internal systems
  • Prioritise work base on ROI
  • Ensure team adheres to outlined processes.
  • Ensure team consistently hits team KPI’s as agreed. To be reviewed monthly/quarterly.
  • Carries out 1 to 1’s with all members of Team as required..
  • Monitors individuals’ performance within the team and encourages improvement in performance.
  • Delegates’ tasks & removes blockers
  • Interviews and supports new team members.
