We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to help define our creative brand proposition and execute this across all marketing channels. Your design work will be used for general marketing across the Bluetree brand and instantprint brand. This will include (but not limited to) email marketing, direct mail, magazine advertisements, product imagery, sample packs and social media. The Graphic Designer is expected to own projects from start to finish and creatively articulate and develop instantprint’s evolving brand proposition.

The successful candidate will:

· Develop instantprint’s creative identity

· Create and present concepts for internal stakeholders.

· Own projects from start to finish.

· Generate/contribute towards ideas for marketing campaigns and projects.

· Create materials including (but not limited to) direct mail, email, campaign collateral, direct mailers, internal campaigns, events materials and magazine advertisements.

· Adapt to trends, using these to inform designs.

· Create concepts to visualise brand strategy.

· Design conceptual and engaging direct mailers, taking a concept from start to finish.

· Develops the overall style of Bluetree Group and instantprint.

· Sourcing images/creating for marketing materials.

· Design campaigns, coming up with creative solutions for data and surveys.

· Creates internal content such as photography/video for social media.

· Follow and work on brand guidelines for instantprint.

· Work to creative briefs producing designs which match the brief.

The skills required are:

· A Graphic Design related degree/equivalent qualification

· General P.C. knowledge including outlook, internet, word and excel

· The ability to create designs following a commercial brief

· An in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

· 2+ years experience in a design focused role

· An in-depth understand of web design best practice

The Package

• Basic salary of £22,400 - £26,500

• 09:00 – 1730: with flexible working hours (07:30 – 18:30 core hours)

Bluetree Group operates through two Divisions, Bluetree Print (with brands instantprint and Route1Print) and Bluetree Medical. We retail our products to all sectors from small businesses to the largest High Street names and the NHS.

Our combined office, production and training facilities are located in Wath Upon Dearne which is located close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking. We’re also located on a major bus route which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton and Wombwell.
