Opportunity to join Sharpsmart as an Outbound Telesales Representative, this role would suit an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual looking to launch a career in sales. This is a full time permanent position that will be based at our Spennymoor facility.
What you will do
- Identify new customers and make outbound customer calls to introduce/promote and sell/upsell company products/services.
- Record outbound call history and customers response in detail and ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales enquiries received by phone, email and other formats and updating/maintaining CRM system with relevant information.
- Manage campaigns for SQ sales activity and generate campaign reports to show success
- Build relationships with key contacts along with knowledge of existing contacts within the healthcare industry
- Adhere to internal sales processes & customers service processes
- Attendance at exhibitions/events as required
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIS
- Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
- Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.
Your experience will include
- Experienced in managing CRM system - Salesforce experience would be advantageous
- Able to build and maintain excellent cross functional relationships with key business stakeholders
- Self-motivated with excellent planning, organisation and time management
- Understanding of all Microsoft Packages - Intermediate use of Excel and PowerPoint and CRM system (Salesforce)
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals
- Excellent people skills and a passion for customer service excellence
- Ability to influence and persuade
