Sharpsmart Spennymoor are looking for a highly organised Administration and Customer Service Coordinator who will be based on-site.
Managing the daily administration and customer service process for specific contracts, the role will support the production and transport teams through excellent planning, prioritising and problem solving skills and outstanding customer service skills. The successful candidate will have a positive "can-do" attitude and approach to responsibilities with an ability to meet new challenges and changes with an open mind.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. (Rotation of 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm)
Key responsibilities
- Assist with completion of daily documentation and provide detailed information to update our systems.
- Deliver quality facility service through timely and accurate processing to billing.
- Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
- Resolve customer needs and inquiries, by reporting and analysing activity.
- Close interaction with Customer Service for transaction processing, status updates and investigations.
- Maintain 100% accuracy on data entry into system.
- Monitoring timely dispatch from drivers and facility to processing data, including end of day documentation.
- Review and interpret files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
- Receive, document, investigate and resolve customer, employee and/or vendor concerns/complaints, elevating serious issues to Customer Service.
- Generate reports as required.
- Co-ordinate deliveries to customer sites.
Candidate profile
- 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience within retail, hospitality or corporate industry
- Strong knowledge of administrative process and procedures
- Ability to research, analyse, interpret, and document transactions and issues following standard procedures provided
- Intermediate to Advance computer systems knowledge (Microsoft office suite, etc.)
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven experience in improving processes and procedures
- Excellent organisational skills
