As Customer Service Coordinator you will be passionate about the delivery of excellent customer care and you will have excellent planning and organising skills together with great interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels both externally and internally. You will communicate with our customers primarily via phone and email and you will strive to deliver the highest level of customer service possible.

Key role responsibilities

  • Taking inbound and outbound telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries professionally, ensuring all are responded to within SLA time frames
  • Liaise with all departments across Sharpsmart to ensure service excellence across customer accounts
  • Using the Case Management system to log all customer enquiries, maintaining 100 % accuracy
  • Handling and monitoring customer cases; conducting root cause analysis through the cause, effect, solution method and provide ongoing solutions to our customers
  • Liaise with third parties for service-related requests and coordinating responses and keeping all key parties updated
  • Completing monthly customer reports using CRM and Excel and uploading data to each customer portal
  • Completing Customer Courtesy calls and gaining valuable customer feedback and insight into the service we provide
  • Organising Duty of Care visits alongside hosting visitors/customers onsite which may also include meeting room set up and organising refreshments

Skills and experience required

  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience within a business customer service role
  • Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and written
  • Empathetic nature and willingness to resolve customer issues successfully
  • Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
  • Pro-active approach to with good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office packages
  • CRM/Sales Force experience would be advantageous
