Well actually I’m not going to swear but it is worth saying that this role should come with a parental warning for career development.The size and scale of the opportunity is mammoth, not only will you have management responsibility for one of the biggest recruitment teams in the region you’ll also have a portfolio of projects to deliver.New store openings, working with key stakeholders on talent pipelines and specific head hunting projects will see you continue to keep all your recruitment tools sharp whilst moving your career on.

Reporting, reviewing sourcing and selection to optimise securing the best talent for the business will all come under your remit.

You’ll notice already that this is going to be a big, busy and broad role. It’s rare to get the opportunity to step into leadership but keep doing the do but this has it all. Working with a sterling team and a leader who is there to empower, enable and encourage your personal development this has all the hallmarks of a CV game changer. It won’t come without hard work that’s to be said, if you want to do that in the office but some from home there is the option. With four weeks off a year plus your bank holidays you’ll want to make it count!
