Senior HR Advisor CIPD level 5 or equivalent desirable Based in Alfreton but some travel required Salary: £40K plus befenfits including car allowance Additional benefits: Discretionary Bonus (annual in October), Car Allowance (either £400 or £500 per month), Flexitime with core hours. 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Company Pension (we pay full 8% of pensionable earnings), Free parking, Employee Assistance Programme, Life assurance, Private Health (BUPA). Contract Type: Full time 37.5 hours per week. Permanent My client has a workforce of over 1,000 people within 16 operations centres from Kent to North Lanarkshire, together with our central head office facility in Derbyshire. This is an active and challenging HR role that requires an exceptionally organised and proactive individual to support the provision of a professional and comprehensive HR service across the Group, inclusive of all employee relations matters, recruitment, learning and organisational development and general support to line managers and colleagues. The role will include occasion travel to other Company locations across the UK. A full driving licence is therefore an essential requirement
