We are looking for Support Workers to join our friendly and welcoming team here at Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall. This is your chance to make a real difference to people’s lives, to go the extra mile and ensure a positive outcome for our customers living in their own homes?

Experience is not essential as we provide all the training you need to become a confident and professional Care Support Worker. Whether you are experienced or completely new to the world of care, we want compassionate and friendly individuals who shares our values.

What matters most is a positive attitude to life and a desire to support people to live their life with as much independence, choice, dignity, and control as possible.

You will need to have good listening skills and a practical, caring approach. Everything you do will enable people to have choices about their own lives, providing a flexible service that meets people’s needs, and always looking for the best way of doing things.

This is more than just a job – you will be supporting our customers to live independently, assisting with personal care, shopping, cleaning, social support and outings, medication support/administration and companionship, helping our customers to live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives! You really will make a difference.

We provide 24/7 support, so can offer you regular shift patterns if you have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays. You are expected to travel so you must have a Full Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
