We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our clients dynamic sales team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue through sponsorship sales, VIP hospitality packages and group ticketing.

This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Sales Revenue Generation
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Focus on sponsorship and VIP hospitality opportunities to maximise income streams.
  • Sponsorship Sales -Identify potential sponsors, develop tailored sponsorship packages, and negotiate sponsorship deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • VIP Hospitality Sales - Promote and sell VIP hospitality packages to individuals and corporate clients, ensuring an exceptional match day experience
  • Group Ticketing - Develop and manage group ticketing initiatives aimed at schools, clubs, and other organizations to boost attendance and engagement
  • Match Night Organisation - Collaborate with the events team to organize and execute match night events and promotions, enhancing the fan experience and driving ticket sales
  • Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, VIPs, and group leaders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting and Analysis - Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for future sales strategies.

We Are Looking For An Individual Who Possess

  • Previous sales experience, preferably within the sports, entertainment or events industry
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a wider team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Passion for sports is desirable and Ice Hockey would be amazing

This role is 39 hours per week in season and 32 hours per week off season which the advertised salary covers.

Due to the nature of this role, we will require the individual to work one evening per week (predominatly a saturday due to match days)
