You will play a key role as a Squad leader, responsible for leading the overall problem resolution of allocated supply issues. You will be the conductor of the cross functional squad teams, pulling on each squad member (e.g. Purchasing, Engineering) to drive their actions to completion. Ultimately, the role will drive activities to deliver supply to enable build volume targets to be achieved, and ensure customer cars delivered on time - to quality and cost.EssentialWHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Background in project management with experience in either Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Engineering
• Proven experience of problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyse and break down complex, multidimensional problems into key elements to achieve common goals
• Ability to build and manage effective teams that leverage different skill sets and perspectives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
• Embracing differences, being empathetic, welcoming challenges together empowering each other to deliver.
• An individual who is resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, able to deliver results under pressure, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs

Desirable

• Previous experience of complex problem solving and resolution.
• Extensive experience of managing cross functional teams.
• Familiar with Define Measure Analyse Implement Control Replicate processes
• An individual who enables speed in decision making through establishing alignment, clarity, appropriate resources and sense of urgency whilst bringing others along

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage cross functional squad teams in resolving supply issues through data analysis and working with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Vehicle Programmes, Commercial, Manufacturing and Suppliers to ensure clarity of the issue, drive and commitment of timely short, medium & long-term resolution actions.Manage, monitor and track resolution to all problems and issues to ensure improvements are achieved implemented.Report out executive summaries for the critical issue at regular review meetings with Board of Directors.Ensure actions required are completed promptly and escalating issues where appropriate to drive resolutionUndertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requestedSO WHY US?Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan, private medical cover and performance related bonus scheme.
