You will play a key role as a Squad leader, responsible for leading the overall problem resolution of allocated supply issues. You will be the conductor of the cross functional squad teams, pulling on each squad member (e.g. Purchasing, Engineering) to drive their actions to completion. Ultimately, the role will drive activities to deliver supply to enable build volume targets to be achieved, and ensure customer cars delivered on time - to quality and cost.EssentialWHAT YOU WILL NEED- Background in project management with experience in either Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Engineering
- Proven experience of problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse and break down complex, multidimensional problems into key elements to achieve common goals
- Ability to build and manage effective teams that leverage different skill sets and perspectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
- Embracing differences, being empathetic, welcoming challenges together empowering each other to deliver.
