Content Enrichment ExecutiveLocation: Corby – HybridAbout The RoleWe are currently looking to hire a Content Enrichment Executive to join our team at RS Group on a fixed team contract. The main responsible of this Content Enrichment Executive will be to action the strategic plan with digital content needed for our online customers, to find and buy products seamlessly and deliver these improvements.What You’ll be doing:



  • Action brand plan created to deliver an optimised customer experience
  • Prioritisation of workload using data and insight
  • Creation of compelling, customer focussed and SEO copy
  • Improvements to the customer search and browse journey through taxonomy, and filter changes
  • Measuring and understanding the impact of changes to improve future decision making
  • Improving brands digital performance
What You’ll Need:



  • Digital experience (e.g., Content, e-Commerce, SEM, SEO or Onsite/Offsite Search)
  • An understanding of content and the online customer journey
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good analytical skills, with a curious mindset, including experience with digital reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Power BI, BrightEdge or equivalent)
  • Ability to action insights based on data
  • Experience in matrix environments with cross functional teams
  • Good digital commercial acumen
  • Passion for delivering great customer experiences, with an appetite to innovate, measure and learn 
  • Great customer experience and driving strong commercial results
  • Continuous Improvement mind-set 
  • Collaborative approach
