We are seeking a highly experienced Children’s Social Care lead who has the vision, motivation, ideas, and practice to help us deliver the best possible outcomes for our children. The role will provide strategic direction for our child in need and child protection offer. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Direct management of a group of social work managers
  • Strategic planning and practice development
  • Maintaining systems for improving quality and performance
  • Complex decision making and problem solving
  • Budget responsibility
