Stores Administrator role available working on behalf of our client based in Chandlers Ford with immediate availability. The role is crucial in overseeing the efficient and effective management of a logistics facility.

Your responsibilities typically include:
Processing BOM’s, works orders.
Releasing Branch orders
Releasing Kits/BOM’s (from different spreadsheets)
Ordering stationary
Registering KPI data
Requesting collection, quotation from Freights and transport companies
Update freight Sheet
Update branch sales order report
Process WIPSHORT (Work in Progress Shortages)
Process REQS (Unplanned issues)
Dealing with requests from Production
Update Production PLAN You will be organised with excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication and leadership skills are also essential for managing a team and collaborating with other departments.

Experience:
Knowledge of JADE system (training will be given)
Intermediate Excel knowledge/experience required. Temporary ongoing
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
£12.50 Per Hour
