Hello! is it you we’re looking for? We are looking for an excellent senior social worker who will drive the social perspective of mental health and support your team to transform the lives of people with mental health conditions.

The South AMHT is a multi-disciplinary team located in the semi-rural area of South Oxfordshire. You will be leading a small team of mental health social workers across three team bases and be part of the senior social care and South AMHT leadership team.

We invest in higher level post qualifying professional development and our monthly social work forum is where our energetic collective meet to share ideas and talk about the messy stuff. We place great importance on reflective supervision and learning. New to leadership? Don’t worry! We all start somewhere and we will give you the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in social work leadership utilising Oxford Health’s leadership programmes. Our community need you to work full time (yes - you are that valued!) but we understand the importance of work life balance so if you have other interests that you want to develop then let’s have a chat to see how we can help you achieve a balance that works for you. Our diverse community would love to have you join the team so get in touch for an informal chat.
