Soldering Technician Chippenham £12.00 to £12.50 Per Hour DOE + Holidays + Pension + Company Benefits On-going Long term Contract 37 hours Per week. Monday to Thursday 07.30-15.30, Friday 07.00-14.00 Soldering Technician required for a well-established global manufacturer who offer long term contracts with the potential to acquire a permanent position. They are well-recognised and supply to a range of industries. They offer a great team environment, training and progression opportunities. The role would suit applicants who have experience of hand soldering components onto PCB boards. Applications will ideally have experience with through-hole technology although, this is not essential. It is essential you will be able to work to drawings/ specifications. Candidates who have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment will have a considerable advantage and are encouraged to apply. The role will involve working to drawings/ specifications/ build guides to hand solder components onto PCB boards. You will work on through-hole components with the assistance of Surface Mount Technology. This is a precision-based role and you must work to a high quality standard. You will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment within a large team.
