Maintenance Engineer required for a well established manufacturer who are well renowned and market leading in their industry. They offer a stable role within a good team environment.

The role would suit maintenance engineers from ANY manufacturing, production or process environment. To apply for the role, you will have mechanical and electrical competence. Engineers must have the 17th Edition as a minimum requirement.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work within a team of engineers/fitters and welders. The role will be working on a wide range of production machinery. You will work on a mixture of old and new plant. The role is heavily biased towards reactive maintenance, you will also carry out pre-planned maintenance and update CMMS software to log works that have been completed. Electrically, you will work on motors, drives, inverters and fault find on a range of PLCs. Mechanically, you will work on gearboxes, bearings, pulleys, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

The Person
  • Must have previous experience as a maintenance engineer
  • Will ideally have both electrical and mechanical experience
  • Can transfer from ANY production/manufacturing background
  • Must have 17th Edition Wiring Regulations as a minimum
