Social Media and Content Manager (fixed term contract until April 2022)

Join us in the Markteing Team as Social Media & Content Manager where you will be responsible for the Northern European hub brand social media strategy ensuring the development of best in class brand and campaign content for social channels.


Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:


  • Support Senior SoMe Manager implementing Social Media strategy for Accor brands (and hotels ) in Northern Europe (NE), adapted from global strategy

  • Drive and implement day-to-day, brand campaign and influencer content:
    • Deliver proactive & conversational social content building brand stickiness and relevance
    • Improve brand storytelling and presence on social media, create reasons to follow with unique & disruptive content
    • Working with SoMe lead and content team to deliver agile, original and creative brand content

  • Influencers
    • Manage NE brand influencer and content creators network to amplify activations
    • Responsible for updating influencer network with new talents and creators

  • Social customer experience & care
    • Implement NE UCG strategy, working with brand teams and hotel network (identify and activate hotel network) to capture content
    • Actively manage community engagement with our brands, experiences and services

  • Build Accor social media community
    • Own social tool management across wider team and hotel network (e.g. Srinklr)
    • Manage NE social listening and insights (via Sprinklr)

  • Crisis
    • Support channel monitoring and approved statement posting, in line with wider crisis communication process

Your profile? A minimum of 5 years’ experience in creating and developing engaging social content, experience in managing content, and community management for consumer brands.
