Are you an experienced Residential Site Manager?Do you have experience working on Timber Frame projects?Have you run projects from ground works through to handover?I am currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager on a large residential development in Bedford. This is temp to perm role for the right candidate. This is a number one role and your chance to join early on in the project!Project

What’s Required
  • Experience working on volume residential new build (ideally with a top 10 house builder or residential contractor)
  • Timber frame project experience is essential
  • Must have ran a site from inception through to completion as a number one (groundworks, build, internals)
  • Proven record of running a full site team (including an Assistant Site Manager)
  • A good attitude, passion for building new homes and a desire to succeed
Certificates required
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
