I am looking for a dynamic, resilient and driven individual to become a Recruitment Resourcer for a large property service company based in Bristol. You will need to have previous experience in recruitment to be able to fit into their fast paced environment. This position will be working from home and won’t require going into their offices, which means you can be based anywhere!
You will be sourcing candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications, write and tailor advertisements specific to the company needs, conduct searches via: their database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools including social media, this will build your own network of talented candidates. This is a truly amazing opportunity for someone looking to experience the world of recruitment. To Be Successful In This Position You Will
  • Have a genuine interest in a career in recruitment
  • Ideally have experience in sales or target driven environments
  • Possibly have worked in construction / trades yourself!
  • Demonstrate you are ambitious, driven and hungry for success
  • Thrive in a target driven environment
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships, rapport with people
