Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

  • Managing internal and external Teams to provide best quality of services
  • Managing 3th party suppliers
  • Delivering services to our customers at expected quality – fallow SLA and KPI
  • Service live cycle management
  • Service delivery reporting – implementations and delivery to internal/external Partners
  • Performs reviews/analise on tickets and propose improvement plans .
  • Reviews escalations and implements corrective and preventive actions
  • Initiate and manage against the Service Improvement Plan (SIP) and Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP)
  • Supervise performance of the team and is taking responsible for their qualification

You will have 5 years IT Service Management experience within a global organisation and a proven track record in developing and implementing new IT services.
