As a Barclays Senior Salesforce Developer, this is an exciting opportunity as you will be creating technical design from business requirements to developing technical solutions on the salesforce platform, along with integrating salesforce solutions with the enterprise applications using tools and strategies as laid down by the Architecture teams.

What will you be doing?

  • Integrating the Salesforce solutions with the enterprise applications using tools and strategies as laid down by the architecture teams
  • Creating the technical design from business requirements
  • Developing technical solutions based on the salesforce platform
  • Ability to gather data migration requirements, define a data migration plan and perform complex data migrations
  • Analysing data quality requirements, defining data quality, planning and executing
  • Conducting technical process reviews, technical UAT’s and work in partnership with the test and business consultants
  • Contributing to the Salesforce COE through innovation ideas, proof of concepts etc
  • Achieving Salesforce.com certification requirements as commensurate to their role

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional experience in designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building solutions using CRM/Client technology/Salesforce in Banking and Finance domain
  • Extensive experience in Apex, Lightning (Web) Components, JavaScript, Salesforce specific technology and APIs
  • Exposure to integration of CRM/Client technology/Salesforce with Enterprise applications

Skills That Will Help You In The Role

  • Exposure to Data security and regulatory controls
  • Proficient in one or more of Sales, Service, Community or Financial Service Cloud
  • In possession of Salesforce Developer and Architecture Certifications or similar working experience

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64-acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
