Job Purpose:

This is a role for an aspiring or proven OMNICHANNEL MARKETER who is
willing to innovate to gain industry leading customer engagement through
advanced omnichannel strategies and best-in-class execution. The purpose of
the role is to execute against a fast-paced marketing plan and provide
organised and efficient content management. Ultimately, creating high impact
HCP promotional journeys aligned to the brand strategy to drive, and balance,
patient impact and commercial gain for Leo Pharma.



Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of and implement the cross-functional

national omnichannel-led brand plan to achieve sales targets within defined
budgets and timelines.

  • Develop national omnichannel-led engagement strategy to drive best
practice in omnichannel execution and establish share of voice in target
customer population.
  • Lead the execution of national stakeholders driven content by leveraging
digital channels with a focus on promotional sales driven webinars, talking
heads and high value ‘deep-engagement’ content.
  • Drive innovation through continuous knowledge build and improvement of
omnichannel and digital content-related activities, to better meet customer
and patient needs and unlock new business opportunities.

  • Ensure digital content is fit for purpose for omnichannel led HCP
engagement by building strong relationship with global/regional teams to
support implementation of global/regional digital content and influence
production of further digital content.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global brand teams, and with other countries,
to identify relevant existing modules of content, as well as driving best
practices forward.
  • Evolve digital content planning and processes to increase efficiency in
content development and delivery, including the repurposing of content
across multiple channels.


Professional Competencies:
• Track record in delivering an exceptional patient and customer experience

though digital and marketing communication.
  • Proven experience of digital strategy design and implementation at a country
level.
  • Qualification within digital marketing (certification/diploma or equivalent).
  • Proven ability or qualification within project management.
  • Exceptional customer focus with the ability to balance customer
relationships and strong business outcomes.
  • Demonstrates good experience of core pharmaceutical marketing

capabilities, including a focus in on HCP segmentation, journey building and
executional project management.

  • Knowledge and understanding of customers and how they evolve with new
digital technologies.
  • Ability to ensure digital content is stored, managed and used appropriately
to support both compliance and efficiency through reuse.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex situations to remove internal
barriers.
