Our client is a national organisation which currently has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their head office team in Poole, Dorset.

What will the role involve?
  • As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for the line management of one other Business Partner;
  • Building relationships and supporting senior stakeholders, ultimately with a view to influencing at a senior level and providing constructive challenge to the business when necessary;
  • Producing timely financial reports and financial analysis;
  • Taking a leading role on the department’s financial planning and forecasting;
  • Providing a comprehensive guidance and support service;
  • Regularly attending meetings as a finance representative.
Suitable Candidate
  • Strong business partnering skills with a proven ability to influence at a senior level;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience of working with the wider business outside of finance;
  • Some previous line management experience.
