Carnival UK has big plans for the future! Already the market leader, CUK (which operates the P&O Cruises and Cunard Brands) will grow by 50% by 2022 as we add new ships to the fleet and further transform the industry by making cruising a mainstream holiday for UK guests.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support & Systems Analyst to join the P&O Cruises Partnership Team to provide reliable and innovative technical support to our Travel agent partners.

The Role

As a Sales Support & Systems Analyst you will provide multi-branded technical support on the use of reservation systems, booking interfaces, website services and reporting guidance. You will work closely with our Travel agent partners, UK and International IT colleagues, Customer Contact Operation and a variety of stakeholders to ensure that Travel agents can continuously access and make Cunard, Princess or P&O Cruise’s bookings on behalf of guests. You will create and provide reports on system performance and interactions with the aim of identifying how to improve system adherence.

You will be expected to manage your own workload including raising and resolving incidents, creating and analysing reports and providing technical advice alongside proactively advancing projects to deliver an industry leading service for Travel agent partners.

About You

We are looking for a pro-active, inquisitive and motivated individual who is passionate about improving processes whilst providing exceptional support and delivering to a high standard in everything that they do.

Attention to detail is essential and you’ll thrive on not only on completing tasks but ensuring these are performed meticulously well.

You’ll be a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills who is comfortable having conversations with stakeholders across a variety of different departments.

You should have a strong knowledge of MS Excel and feel comfortable handling large volumes of data to create effective and easy to use reports. Ideally you will be experienced in SQL and managing API’s however for the right person training will be provided.

Previous experience working in Travel would be desirable as would experience within an IT, Mathematical or statistical discipline.
