This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and responsive team on market leading projects.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Maverick AV Team team as a Sales Operations Executive. Providing an excellent customer experience whilst supporting our expert sales team, taking full ownership of all sales administrative tasks including the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and directly interacting with Customers and Account Managers. No IT Channel experience is required. Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for daily order loading and quote activities
  • To support the sales teams in providing excellent service
  • Prioritise own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA’s are achieved.
  • Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
