MAN v FAT, the UK’s leading weight loss programme for men, is undergoing an exciting period of expansion. By the end of 2021, the MAN v FAT Football programme will be at 120 locations across the UK, whilst the Challenge programme is set to welcome nearly 2,000 men onto the programme in the next year.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join the marketing arm of the MAN v FAT HQ team. This role will play a key part in the establishing MAN v FAT in the B2B space, including developing our commercial strategy.

Like all roles at MAN v FAT, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.

A typical day as our Sales & Marketing Executive might include -

• Identifying key stakeholders and decision makers in target businesses, and then establishing positive relationships to encourage them to engage with MAN v FAT
• Selling commercial sponsorship and event sponsorship packages in a B2B setting
• Working with companies across a range of sectors that might include men as a key part of their workforce
• Working with the Head of Marketing and other members of the team to develop a targeted sales and marketing strategy
• Developing a plan to meet agreed targets and understanding the workflow required to achieve this
• Making use of your account management experience to ensure those that we are working with have an ongoing positive experience with MAN v FAT once initial agreements have been met
• Monitoring sales data, membership growth and creating performance reports to track progress against agreed KPIs

To work with us in this role, you will need to be a personable, confident person who has some experience in working in a commercial sales and marketing environment. SalaryStarting at £25,000 (rising to £27,000) with the opportunity of earning commission when reaching monthly KPIs
