MAN v FAT, the UK’s leading weight loss programme for men, is undergoing an exciting period of expansion. By the end of 2021, the MAN v FAT Football programme will be at 120 locations across the UK, whilst the Challenge programme is set to welcome nearly 2,000 men onto the programme in the next year.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing arm of the MAN v FAT HQ team. This role will play a key part in building membership numbers in both our MAN v FAT Challenge and MAN v FAT Football programmes.

Like all roles at MAN v FAT, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.

A typical day as our Digital Marketing Executive might include -

• Utilising your growth marketing experience and lead generation knowledge to drive new sign ups to meet agreed KPIs
• Supporting the Head of Marketing to deliver and develop the MAN v FAT strategy in increasing member numbers across Challenge and Football programmes (including determining the best means to attribute budget spend to deliver results)
• Working with paid and organic social media advertising, search engine marketing and remarketing to reach men across the UK (and beyond!)
• Using e-mail marketing and CRMs to both acquire members and increase retention rates
• Collaborating with the Head of Marketing and Content Editor to develop an effective onboarding and engagement programme to ensure a positive member experience
• Interpreting data and create effective marketing performance reports and ROI on marketing spend including reports to be shared with internal and external stakeholders (including public health commissioners)
• Managing and developing relationships with external agencies and contractors e.g. PR agencies, graphic designers and other marketing support

To work with us in this role, you will need to have some understanding of marketing planning and strategy, stakeholder management (internal and external) and the value of a positive customer journey.
