We are looking for a new colleague in the Autonomous Transport Systems department of ZF Aftermarket at our location in Nottingham.


Your tasks as Sales Manager & Business Development UK (m/f/d):

  • Managing & taking responsibility for customer activities and sales targets to win and secure business; develop/execute a strategy to capture future business
  • Accountability for delivering profitable business and managing pre-launch profitability
  • Lead of acquisition teams, ensuring communication and information, and the unified customer presence
  • Ongoing reporting of customer project status, including tracking and maintenance of pre-acquisitions activities and their performance
  • Engage new potential projects through presenting at fairs, conferences, associations etc.

Your profile as Sales Manager & Business Development UK (m/f/d):

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with concentration in business administration, strategy, marketing or communications preferred
  • At least five years of automotive sales experience
  • Persistence, accuracy, clarity in argumentation, people knowledge
  • Experienced with giving presentations to larger audiences
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, coordination/cooperation, team player skills
