Customer Advisor (In Work Support)

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000

Locations: Canterbury, Ashford. Dover, Tonbridge, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Folkstone and Dartford.

We are looking for an engaging, accountable and results focussed Customer Advisors, who will maintain regular contact with participants, track their progress, mentoring them and helping to remove any future barriers to sustaining employment.

Based from our offices, with travel, our Customer Advisor will provide a professional point of contact for participants who have entered work after taking part in the programme. You will be responsible for: Maintaining regular, tailored contact with participants following their re-entry to work, providing support, signposting and guidance on common issues related to employment. Identifying when in-depth or urgent support is required, escalating / referring to specialist provision where required and keeping accurate, timely records of all contact, advice, signposting and support offered to participants.

You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be able to build rapport with a wide range of participants over the phone, successfully engaging with and motivating clients from a range of backgrounds, demonstrating clear empathy and credibility. Employment Advisor

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Locations: Canterbury, Ashford. Dover, Tonbridge, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Folkstone and Dartford..

We are looking for a quality and performance driven Employment Advisor who will deliver an excellent customer service for participants, playing a pivotal role in equipping them with the skills, tools and practices they need in order to re-enter employment.

Based from our office, with travel as well, our Employment Advisor will manage a caseload of Restart Participants, working with them to support progression into sustained employment. You will be responsible for, identifying participants goals, aspirations, and barriers to employment – facilitating appropriate short and long-term solutions’ and interventions as required. Monitoring ongoing progression of participants into sustainable employment whilst also developing their job search skills, strategy, empowerment and confidence and identifying appropriate internal and external contacts to build, develop and maintain relationships as a source of referrals for participants.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be able to build rapport with a wide range of participants, external networks and colleagues. You will be confident in your ability to assess, mentor, motivate and coach individuals to be the best they can be. You will be great at problem-solving and able to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions. Your administration skills will be strong and you will have good computer/technology skills, basic numeracy and good record keeping ability. You will have a GCSE English Language (minimum grade C or equivalent) - a qualification in providing Information Advice and Guidance at Level 4 is desirable but not essential. Administrator

Salary: £18,550 - £22,000

Locations: Canterbury, Ashford. Dover, Tonbridge, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Folkstone and Dartford.

We are looking for a passionate, customer service focussed and diligent Administrators to support our team of Employment Advisors and Trainers. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with people and be highly organised as no two days will be the same.

Based in our offices, our Administrator will be absolutely key to the successful delivery of the programme, as you will be the first point of contact for participants both on the phone and face to face, providing invaluable administrative support to the delivery team and undertaking other general administration and support duties as required, including handling petty cash processes.

You will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced team, have a minimum ability (not qualification) at L2 / GCSE level in English and Math’s, possess an excellent understanding of Microsoft office packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as experience of using and maintaining complex databases and adhering to strict deadlines and month-end timetables. A Business Administration Qualification (e.g., NVQ 2 Business Administration or similar) is desirable but not essential.
