An exciting opportunity has become available as we are looking to add a Resource and Capacity Planning Officer to our Employability team. Our new post holder will provide support to our Operational managers to accurately forecast resource requirements and (re)allocate resources appropriately and carry out analysis to a range of contract-specific data to identify and assess any risk of underperformance.

This role will be working with the Delivery Manager to recommend mitigations to ensure we are able to meet our timebound targets (Minimum Performance Levels) – completing customer assessments and developing action plans within a certain number of working days, our outcome-based performance targets – moving people into work and all contract compliance requirements providing the required evidence to be able to draw down contractual payments.

What we are looking for?

You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best. You should have a track record in in a demand planning, forecasting or MI role and have be proficient in providing MI services, monitoring and analysing and have experience with analytical, report and dashboard creation, using tools such as Power BI.
