crooton are working with a leading provider who are looking to recruit Residential Support Workers for a Children’s Home in Trowbridge, this home is within easy walking access to the local town centre.

Hours-Full time, Mornings, Afternoons, Long days

Salary £10.32-£11.47

Location-Trowbridge

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of the support team. In this role, you will support young people between the ages of 14 and 18 years old lead an independent, fulfilling life, providing them with support which enables them to grow and make decisions for them-selves whilst offering opportunities to practise these in real life settings.

Experience isn’t essential but there are a few characteristics you will need to be successful as a Support Worker:
