We are recruiting a Care Home Manager for a beautiful 89 bed, residential, nursing and dementia care home in the beautiful town of Trowbridge.

In this role you will be a leading face in the delivery of person-centred care, to work with an open, honest, supportive approach, where quality of care is at the heart of everything you do.

You Will
  • Have full commercial control of the home and will work to develop an effective team who provide the quality care that all residents deserve.
  • Be able to take responsibility to drive your team forward with excellent leadership, organisational and management skills
  • Have strong people skills and be able to build professional relationships
  • Be able to provide a safe environment for residents and staff
  • Understand safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
  • Have care home management, marketing and occupancy experience
