Recruitment Manager

Fixed Term Contract - 6 months initially.

Remote and office working available

Blackwood, South Wales

In this exciting role working for a well-known transportation group, we are looking for someone who is experienced in resourcing, interviewing, and liaising with operations managers whilst managing the recruitment process. Bus driver applications are currently high, this role will mostly centre around the recruitment, onboarding, and training of candidates. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to make the role their own and directly support business growth.

This role is a six-month fixed term post but could turn permanent as business needs evolve.

To be successful in this role, we are on the look out for someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience within a recruitment role either with busy on-site recruitment, agency or internal / in-house recruitment.
• Has an understanding of basic human resourcing and willing to assist with candidate compliance etc when required.
• A tenacious self-starter who can manage multiple workloads and projects and work within set targets.
• A full driving license and own transport (due to depo locations which you will need to travel to).
• Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
• Someone who can build rapport with each candidate, ensuring that they remain interested throughout the application process.
