Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

QED Legal have been instructed to find an experienced residential conveyancer for multi office high street firm to be based in the Redcar office. Salary is negotiable and will be dependent upon experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and will be able to work with minimal assistance. The current team is small and it is envisaged that the successful candidate will provide guidance and assitance to more junior members of the team from time to time.

The work is largely from local clients so there will be a good deal of face to face client contact (safe social distancing measures are in place). The practice is firmly established within the local area providing personal law services to the residents of Redcar and the surrounding areas. The firm really pride themselves on how they look after each member of staff and as a result enjoy a very low staff turnover.
