Residential Conveyancer
Hartlepool - 100% remote working available

QED Legal have been instructed to find an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner to join the ranks of this busy law firm based in Hartlepool. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be upwards of £24K.

This firm is established in may different business and personal law areas and none more so than residential conveyancing. The firm adapted exceptionally well throughout the disruption of the past 12 months. The team have expanded considerably the period, securing a number of large national contracts along the way.

With unprecedented levels of work, the team are in need of a new experienced fee earner. The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a mixed conveyancing caseload, independently (although supervised). The work you can expect will include sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, shared ownership, new builds, remortgage, transfer of equity etc. It is envisaged that you will have upwards of 12 months experience handling a caseload.

The firm is based in Hartlepool but are set up in such a way that you could work from anywhere in the country on a permanent basis. The firm are keen to hire quickly and are offering a competitive salary to the right candidate.
