An opportunity to join one of the leading high street firms in the UK in a thriving and very busy residential property team.

A leading high street name with an incredibly busy conveyancing team are looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to their firmly established Hove location. The firm have undergone significant structural change in recent times and now form part of a wider network that makes them one of the leading consumer focused high street legal advisers with increased volumes of business, not least with the current residential market experiencing record levels of enquiries.

With the current upsurge in conveyancing work and with an overall longer term plan to increase their reach within the region the team are keen to take on an organised and competent individual with previous experience of working in a busy conveyancing team with good general knowledge of the conveyancing process. You will naturally have very good organisational skills, be confident in communication with clients and relevant third parties and understand the need to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise your work. An eye for detail and accuracy with a good understanding of the terminology and various processes and documentation dealt with in relation to residential conveyancing transactions will allow you to succeed and thrive in the role.

The position is a key hire for the team to ensure that business flow and quality standards are maintained, an immediate start is available for the right candidate.
