Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Reservations Coordinatorto be the voice of Princess Cruises, providing exceptional customer service at all times to enhance the reservations and cruising experience. The Role

We currently have a vacancy for a Part Time Reservation Coordinator required for 20 hours per week

You will be required to work on shifts which will be fixed on a rota across a 7 day working week

In this role you will be responsible for servicing all Travel Agents and Consumers to the highest standard through receiving and responding to their in-bound calls and via webchat. You will build and maintain relationships with all trade and consumer customers and ensure you are meeting targets set by the company and Team Leader. In addition you will action email requests regarding product and reservations including handling precise requests and special projects. You will ensure that you are meeting departmental guidelines and as per the Reservations Policy Manual and consistently demonstrating excellent customer service.

About You

You will come from a background of high level service as well as experience of sales. Your focus will be on giving the highest level of service possible to our guests and agents and you’ll be used to working in an environment where great product knowledge helps you to stand out from the crowd.

Naturally you’ll have high standards and will be used to working in a goal and target oriented environment.
