We have a brilliant opportunity for a driven and organised PR/Marketing Assistant to join the team at our Head Office in Bolton on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll join the Attraction Team who are responsible for the delivery of the recruitment PR/Marketing strategy for all business areas. As part of your role, you’ll work closely with the Recruitment Teams to provide support with upcoming hires as well as our external suppliers managing activity across our media, PR, social media and careers website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and collaborating with the Recruitment teams to provide support with upcoming target hires.
  • Liaising with the external PR/Marketing supplier ensuring deliverables are achieved across all PR/Marketing workstreams including Media, PR, Social Media, Digital Media and the Careers Website.
  • Creating briefs for the creative team to support PR/Marketing activity.
  • Working alongside the external PR/Marketing supplier on advertorials in guides/directories.
  • Acting as a point of contact for PR/Marketing print assets including annual National orders.
  • Monitoring and analysing the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Providing reporting and analysis to support longer term marketing strategy.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager with awards entries across the year.

Essential Skills Required:

  • PR/Marketing knowledge/background.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Solution focussed.
  • Flexible to adapt to the demands of an ever-changing business environment.

  • Salary starting from £29,685, rising to £36,860.
